Explanation of the Registration from.

This is a simple step by step guide to walk you through the registration form for Alibie Auctions. If you have any trouble and cannot find the answer to your problem here then please contact costumer support that will be more than happy to help you with the registration process.

Main Details:

You will need to click on the “radio” button by the side of the category that best describes your registration form. If you click to register as a company then you will be sent to a separate form that will allow you to enter your company name. Please note that we will still need the full name of a contact person in your company.

Full Name:

Please enter your full name in this field. Surname and First name of the person that will be the account holder. For verification reasons it is best if this person has a Paypal or Google checkout account in his/her name.

Address:

Please enter your street address in this field, house name or number. This address will be sent to your sellers as a postal address for items that you buy as default and will be used for postal verification when this step needs to be completed.

City:

Please enter you Postal town address that matches the above street address.

Country/Postal code/County

Enter your postal information here to form a complete postal address.

Phone Number:

Please enter your phone number, complete with your areas dialing code. This information will not be given to your trading partners unless there is a problem with any orders and Alibie and your trading partners have been unable to reach you using your e-mail address.

Date of Birth:

Please enter your date of birth. This information will be kept private from your trading partners and is only used to verify that you are of a legal age and able to form a bonding contract with the other members of the site. Any members that are found to of given incorrect information here will have their account suspended and any sales/purchases deleted.

User account details

Email Address:

Please enter your e-mail address here. This must be a valid e-mail address that you have access to. We will send a validation e-mail to check that you are able to receive e-mails on this address.

Retype Email Address:

Enter your e-mail address here for a second time. This must match the above e-mail address.

Newsletter Subscription:

Tick this box if you would like to receive e-mails from us with special promotions and other information about Alibie Auctions

Creat your Username:

Enter a username that you would like others to see when you are bidding/selling. You should not use any personal data as your username including your e-mail address. You can use your company name as your user name, but we do not allow the usage of URL’s in yours names. Misleading user names are also prohibited and any accounts with such names will be suspended.

Create a Password:

Please enter the password that you would like to use to enter the site. This should be a combination of letters/numbers that is easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess.

Verify Password:

You will need to re-enter you password here to be sure that you have typed the correct password in the first field. The two password fields must match.

Pick a secret question:

Secret question:

Here you will need to pick one of our secret questions from the dropdown list. After choosing a question then type the answer in the box to the right “Answer the secret question here:” The secret question is used by our support team to verify your identity before we will discuss any account related details on live chat or e-mail with you.

Tax Setting

Tax Registration Number: You can enter your Tax registration number here.

Registration PIN:

You will need to enter this pin in the box “Confirm PIN” this is a verification code and must macth the PIN in the image.

Direct Payment Settings:

These details are only needed if you are going to be selling on Alibie and can be added later. If you add your account details here then these will be set as the default direct payment methods used on your live auctions.

Terms and Conditions:

Please read the terms and conditions of the site before you register and mark the tick box under them saying that you agree to them.

You should now be ready to press the Register button and complete the registration. Double check the form and make sure all data is correct and then continue to the next page. There will be a confirmation e-mail sent to your e-mail address.
